Welcome to Canine City. We're a intermediate/Advanced Canine Roleplay. The minimum words allowed are 150 for each post. You may post more than that but that is the word requirement. Here, feral canines roam free. We also allow wolf/fox/coyote hybrids here.
Our Plot!
Welcome to Canine City, or formally known as Ravis city. About 30 years ago, there was a major viral outbreak. The humans were evacuated , they left everything they knew behind. The governement denied that the city even existed. To keep anyone from looking and searching, they built a 300 story high wall around it, quarentining the city. No one gets in and no one gets out. But alas, there is life here. The canines are ruling. The humans will never be able to return to the city they once inhabited, being the virus has pretty much remained, even after the government has dropped a few antibiotics into the city, via helicopter. The canines had also become immune to every type of antibiotic. The government has now left the city be. Basically, according to them, it doesnt even exist anymore.. It was wiped off the map. But what's more, a train carrying toxic chemicals derailed and spilled its cargo. Now, the question remains.. Will you be strong enough to survive here in a brutal , new world? Or will you too, be wiped off the map?

Che cosa sono come: Tiger at first glance is a dark and mean dog. He's rude to any dog who encounters him. The only ones who can escape without him being rude towards them, are any dogs who have authority over him. He's rude and mean, but not stupid, he knows who he can have an attitude with. Tiger is also cunning and whitty, if a dog does something to him that he doesn't like, he will find a way to get revenge when said dog will least expect it. Not only that, but when his revenge comes upon you, it will be ten times worse than what you did to him. Tiger is also arrogant, because of his strong body. He's been in more fights than you can name, and has won, most, if not all of them. He's also fought almost every dog there is, Rotweiller, Husky, Border collie, Doberman, you name it. It's because of this, Tiger may often boss the lower ranks around, he believes that if they don't do what he says, all he has to do is give them a couple of bruises to get them to do the job. But don't let this rough exterior fool you, because once Tiger decides to let you enter his heart, you'll find out that he's nothing but a big soft teddy bear. He's completely loyal towards you once you've earned his trust, and as long as you don't betray him. You'll even be suprised to find out that he has a playful side, and isn't afraid to romp around like the young pup he used to be. And of course, he is extremly protective of those close to him, and will fight against anyone for them until his very last breath. He will also do just about any favor that you ask him of, if it's within his power.
Il mio passato: Tiger was sold as a young pup, to a man who used to breed and fight pit bulls. Since Tiger was the youngest Pit to be bought, he was often picked on and bullied by the older Pits. And when they weren't bullying him around, his master was putting him through vigorus training. He often had to wear weights around his neck, shoulders, and back legs to build up his muscles. There were times when he had to wear the weights all day, and almost everyday, often doing everything with them. From running, eating, and sleeping. He also had to do false fights with the older pits for at least five minutes to see how well he would hold up. When he was ready for his first real fight, the epidemic hit, and his master fled along with the other humans. But that didn't mean that he didn't get into any fights, for when he was in the streets, Tiger got into a lot of them. He often fought dogs who were in his way, but he was really trying to find an outlit for all of the anger and bitterness that he held inside from his years of being picked on and the torturess training that he went through. Pretty soon he came across the Mafia, but his fighting history doesn't stop there.

Che cosa sono come: Flare is just like her name suggests: a type of fire. She is wild, impulsive, brash, and headstrong. Not to mention feisty. When another dog first meets Flare, it may seem like to them that she has an attitude problem, and seems like a complete bitch. But Flare is only like that because of her past, she likes to push the buttons of others to either see if they will stand up to her, or if they'll roll with the punches. If the dog ends up standing up for themself, then Flare will stop with her attitude, and pushing buttons, and let that dog see the true side of her. This side of Flare you will find to be faithful, honest, and kind.
When it comes to males, Flare isn't quick like most, if not all females, to trip over her paws and tail for one. It's going to take more than charms and a couple of fancy words to get this dog's attention, let alone her affections. If anything, Flare likes 'the chase', also known as playing hard to get. She likes to have a male work hard for her attention and affection, it's more or less of a test. If a male finds that she is worth the time to chase after, then and only then will she start returning her attention and affection to him.
Il mio passato: When flare was a young pup, it was just her mom and, well, Flare. Her other siblings had died from sickness. She was born as a loner, so she completely admired her mom and her survival skills at taking care of the both of them. As Flare grew older, she was practically her mom's shadow, following her everywhere, and doing everything that her mother did. When Flare finally turned two, she was ready to go out and be on her own in the world when her father showed up. Flare's mom was completely happy and ecstatic that her mate came back, and Flare being as close to her mom as she was, was really happy for her. Flare had her own happiness at her father's returning also. Besides her mom, Flare didn't have any other kin, so she was beyond joyful to meet the dog that sired her. But her happiness came crashing down, along with the world that she knew, for her father was controlling and abusive. He often beat Flare's mom, it really didn't matter if it was over big things, or small things. More often than not, he was doing it because he got a thrill out of it and was always telling her what to do, it was rare when the gesture was kind, but otherwise than that, it was down right cruel. Natuarlly, he tried the same thing on Flare, but her being the little spit-fire she is, she stood up for herself. By the time Flare was through with him, he walked away barely breathing, and a limp that would take a long time to heal. There were times that things got so bad that Flare wanted to leave more than ever, but of course she couldn't leave her mom behind with that kind of torment. Then miracle of miracles, Flare's father got killed by a pack of dogs, not just any pack, but the rebels. Flare of course, was more than happy that he was gone. She noticed how her mother was laying by his dead body, with whines and whimpers, Flare of course thought that her mom was happy to be able to escape from his abusive wrath. When Flare asked her so, her own mother actually turned around, to look at her with grief in her eyes, whining about how the love of her life was gone. Flare was beyond disgusted, and without a second thought, she stalked off to find the dogs who had done the world a great justice in her eyes: the Rebels.

Che cosa sono come: Nyroc isn't what you would call the warmest wolf in the pack, often being labled as 'anti-social' or an 'outcast'. But he feels that the others don't get him, which is why he actually seems cold to everyone he meets and he hardly speaks to them at all, and he also seems quite emotionless. But for the few wolves who do get him, and actually know him, and are close to him, they can read him like an open book. He can be quite kind when he wants to be, and when he is, it's usually very subtle, so you have to read between the lines. He is also extremly protective of the few of those who are close to him, willing and ready to fight their battles any and numerous times, whether verbally or physically. It usually takes a lot to rile up Nyroc's temper, but once you do, watch out! This wolf is menacing when he's mad, and it's not because he'll throw a fit no, it's because he has something that others may refer to as 'scary-calm', or 'the calm before the storm'. The scary thing is that you can't tell when he's 'scary-calm' because he shows no outward signs of it, and by the time you do figure it out, it's too late. The only time when Nyroc is quick to snap, is when his loved ones are endangered. He's not just 'scary-calm', but 'menacing-scary-calm', and when he's in this state, you'll know because he'll have his hackles raised, and pearly-white sharp teeth bared. He's not the type of wolf that does something without a reason. There are also times where he may come across as arrogant or conceited, but he doesn't flaunt it, others only think that because of the way he holds himself, and the way he may speak. Even though he is young, Nyroc has a maturity that goes way beyond his short three years. He seems to always have an serious air about him, and he is often careful about the choices he makes, and always thinks about the possible consequences behind his choices and how they may effect others, especially his pack. This wolf has never known the meaning of the word 'impulsive'. He is completely loyal to his pack, and will put them before himself. He is also very level-headed, and knows how to stay calm even in the worst of situations.

Che cosa sono come: Isabelle is a kind and gentle dog by nature, but one threat towards her pack, or any of her loved ones and she'll raise her teeth and claws in less than a heartbeat and fight until her very last breath. So don't let the kindness fool you, for this pup is deadly on the battle field. She's not afraid to attack or kill with excellent speed and accuracy. Isabelle isn't a type of dog who trusts easily, nor can you earn it very easily. You have to do something that she finds noble in her eyes to earn her love, trust, and loyalty. She doesn't give up a fight easily, whether physically or verbally. She has a very kind heart, but she's not a pushover. When you get her angry, and she tells you off, you may have been better off is she would have just nipped or clawed you. She's not the type to hold back what she's feeling, and will let everything off her chest the instant you get her mad. She doesn't talk about dogs behind their back, if she has a problem with you, she will tell it to you in your face. She will follow her alpha and generals without question usually, but if she sees something wrong, she's not afraid at all to speak up and speak her mind to them or any other dog no matter how many times her mouth may get her in trouble. She also has a very tender spot for pups, no matter what pack they may be from. All in all, Isabelle is a gentle and kind dog, but not one to be messed with.

Che cosa sono come: Jake is like a ladies man, but not. You see, he is a real gentleman, but only to females within the monarch pack. But he doesn't play the part of a gentleman to gain their attention, he does it because he was raised to treat a female right. And it's because of this part of his personality, along with his good looks, that causes most, if not all, of the females in the monarch to pad after him. Other than his gentleman trait, Jake can be very compassionate and loyal, but it's only to the dogs within the monarch pack. But his loyalty and compassion isn't easy to obtain. You have to do something that he finds worthy to earn it. Jake, amazingly isn't afraid to get down and dirty, of course this stems from all of the rock climbing and camping trips he's been on. But don't let it fool you, because this Husky can get testy if his pelt isn't clean by at least the next day. It's also because of these trips, that a dog should know that Jake is nothing to mess with. He may be a gentleman, along with being kind and compassionate, but this pup is nothing to mess with when you get him angry. Now how a dog could get Jake angry would be a mystery, because he's actually pretty easy-going most of the time. I guess it could only happen in a fight, which is where a dog would make his mistake at, because Jake is no wuss. Even if he doesn't have much battle experience, he can hold his own in a fight, he has pearly white, health, sharp teeth capable of ripping through the thickest of fur, and claws that are able to give you a scar for a lifetime . Jake likes to have fun, and play, and he's a little bit of a jokster also. For dogs outside of the Monarch pack, instead of treating them like slaves, or treating them badly, he would rather pretend that they didn't exist at all. He will completely ignore a dog, if he believes said dog is lower than him. If a mutt comes up to him, begging for food, he would simply walk by without batting an eyelash. But for any dogs in the monarch, he would treat and respect them just as he would treat and respect hisself.
Il mio passato: Jake was born in Alaska. When he was six months old, he was adopted by a very rich family for 1,000 dollars. From then on end, Jake was trained to be a showdog, and when he was old enough, he entered his first contest. He one second place because of his sleek pelt and unique eyes. He was spoiled senseless after that, he always got what he wanted. He often went with the family on rock climbing expeditions and camping trips to build up his muscles. When he entered his second contest, he one because of the perfect grace and poise that he moved with. After that, he was entered into many more contests, and he always won first place. His masters and mistress always gave him the most attention, and gave him whatever he wanted whenever he wanted it. He also was able to travel a lot, Jake has basically been everywhere. He travled all over the U.S., Europe, Asia, you just name it and this pup has been there. But when the viral outbreak came, his family left him behind and he felt betrayed. But it wasn't long until he came across the Monarchs pack.

Che cosa sono come: Cookie is always bubbling with a lot of energy and excitement. She seems to always be running on none-stop energy! From dawn until dusk she seems to always be on her paws, and she couldn't sit still for too long in one place if her life depended on it. She also may be a bit impulsive at times. But if she, or any of her loved ones threatened, she can quickly change from a energetic and fun dog, to a fearsome opponent in less than a heartbeat. Cookie is so graceful on the battlefield that it's to the point where it looks like she's dancing. Her battle moves would break any ballerina's heart. She is also very independent, and will get angry with any dog, no matter who they are, if she finds out that you did something for her without her consent. The only time she won't get mad at you for helping her, is if she asks you for help herself. She's also an excellent tracker, and loves it. Once she gets on a trail, you can't deter her from it until she has found her victim, no matter how long it may take. She's also completely trustworthy, loyal, and intelligent.
